Presentation Guidelines

Symposia Oral Presentations
In order to ensure that your symposium run smoothly and that all speakers have a fair chance to present, please carefully review the following instructions:

  • Choose your presentation type when filling out the registration form.
  • Oral presentations for the ICRM symposia are required to be in English and are scheduled as follows:
For Keynote Speakers: 20 minutes
For Invited Speakers: 15 minutes
For Ordinary Participants: 10 minutes
  • Know the time and location of your symposium. Make sure you know in which meeting room and at which time your symposium is held. (ICRM committee will make final schedule of all presentations after the deadline)
  • A laptop, a USB drive, a projector and a screen will be available in the session room, with Microsoft Powerpoint and Office. Please create your presentation using MS PowerPoint or Adobe PDF formats. Bring the USB drive or your laptop to the session and upload the presentation to the laptop in the session room before your session reports beginning.
Symposia Poster Presentations
Poster presentations for the ICRM Symposia will be collected and posted on the poster wall by the ICRM Secretariat uniformly. Guidelines for authors who choose poster presentation are as follows:

  • Send your designed poster to the conference e-mail: icrm@techscience.com or send to ICRM Secretariat Ms. Dong (18751966138) within two weeks after choosing poster presentations during submission or registration process.
  • Poster Size: Please ensure that your poster size is 70 cm in width and 100 cm in height (vertical). Any posters exceeding this size may not be displayed.
  • Please design and print your own poster and bring it to the conference site to be presented by the conference Secretariat at the check-in desk.
  • Poster Submission Deadline: 25th, September
Conference Proceedings Presentations
For submissions that have been published, authors have the option to choose whether or not to showcase their papers in the ICRM conference proceedings. If the proceeding option is chosen, once the paper is accepted, it will be included in the ICRM conference proceedings, which can be accessed during conference date on site, for experts and scholars in the field of renewable materials to read and exchange.
